    this is actually pretty damn cool setup for gangs. we gotto do this shit if they ever come down in price:

    I made it slightly less crazy (no cal navy bullshit etc, dunno the prices of those), also you have to descide between ECM invulnerability or neut invulnerability if you want a point. and we want points because anything not spider tanking will get its ass kicked (hmm, passive claymore or vulture with 2 points and shield resist ganglinks being repped by lokis?), for this setup I picked ECM invulnerability because being harder than a carrier to jam is fucking cool on a crusier.

    pros:
    + cap stable with everything running including repper. (runs for like 6 minutes with *overheated* remote repper before capping out... eft reports repper can overheat for 7 minutes without burning out too...)
    + A single one of these will give its buddy a 750 dps RR tank while overheating (its t3 so we will be overheating all the time). this shit scales well too with gang sizes.
    + 530 dps with drones. 595 overheated with rf emp
    + also good speed tank with 140 sig and AB.
    + 95 overheated sensor strengh. suck on that one falcoons (you will still get jammed, but a falcon will need to dedicate a ton of jammers, maybe even all to you so your buddies can still rep)

    cons:
    - requires well coordinated gang due to short range of reppers. reason for AB also, cant go too fast or repping wont work.
    - price is a bit crazy. hopefully the recent changes will bring these babies down in price.
    +/- semi-agile (6s align)

    bring a scimi along and a commandship with shield bonuses and it will be fucking coolsauce.

    variations:
    - skip falloff rigs and use resists or something?
    - swap ECCM for cap injector to be invulnerable to neutfags. now falcons can jam you though (you will be like BS instead of carrier)
    - 425mm guns fit with %3 implant and some jiggling. doubt its worth it.
